1. About NSCODERX
NSCODERX (also known as NSCodex), founded and operated by Naresh Suthar, provides digital website templates, custom web development services, and done-for-you digital invitation setups through nscodex.site. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All NSCODERX products are digital source code files (ZIP archives) delivered via WhatsApp or Google Drive within 2 minutes of payment confirmation. No physical product is shipped. All sales are final due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the templates.
3. License & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the template for one or more personal or client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the source code as a standalone commercial product without explicit written permission from Naresh Suthar.
4. Custom Development Services
Done-for-you custom website setup services are provided under a separate service agreement communicated over WhatsApp. Delivery timelines (typically 24 hours) are estimates and may vary based on content provided and project complexity.
5. Intellectual Property
All original design work, source code architecture, animations, and creative direction in NSCODERX templates remain the intellectual property of Naresh Suthar and NSCODERX. Third-party libraries (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, etc.) are governed by their respective open-source licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
NSCODERX templates are provided as-is. Naresh Suthar provides free setup assistance but is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect deployment, hosting provider outages, or third-party service changes.
